TV: Royal School of Needlework UPDATED AGAIN

Thanks to Donna on Facebook, I have a link to CBS' Sunday morning news profile about the Royal School. I don't know how long this will be up, so head over and watch it as soon as you can.

The news  program is part of the British Diamond Jubilee celebration this weekend.  If you have been watching the flotilla down the Thames like me today, you'll love reading about the flags and banners on the Royal Barge.

UPDATE:  Ada has brief reviews of several of the Royal School books on her blog. If you've ever been curious about the school and its teachings, the Embroidery Techniques book (the one with the green cover) is the book for you.  From slate frames to silk and metal embroidery and crewel, this book covers it all the English Embroiderer way.
