Come to the Point Talks Shoulders

Come to the Point's latest newsletter talks about the best way to protect your shoulders when stitching.  Please pay careful attention.  It is all too easy to lose oneself in needlepoint and not remember our bodies need a break.

Timely entry, Jane, as the bursitis in my shoulder is acting up and I don't want to give up stitching while it "heals". I'll also try to be mindful of taking breaks and not having robo-stitching marathon sessions.
