Breaking News: Needle in a Haystack Montrose

It's probably not news to folks in the Montrose, California area, but Needle in a Haystack on Honolulu Avenue has a new owner!  We feel very lucky that a new owner wanted to take over when the old wished to retire.

I was so glad to hear it! I was so sad to think that we would lose it after all of these years!
Have a great day and thanks for the news :)

Glad you still have your local shop, Karyn. I think the new owner's name is Frances. Have fun continuing to shop!

Thanks Jane :)
Do you shop there also? It's such a nice store that I would have hated to see leave after all these years...I drive about 15 minutes to get there.
Love your blog...so glad that I found it!

No, I live in very rural Virginia, but I enjoy visiting their website sometimes and I like having shops everywhere--the more, the merrier!

You are a smart thinker :)
Very rural Virginia sounds like a wonderful place to live...
Hugs

It is very nice--except that it is a two hour drive one way to the nearest needlepoint shop. I haven't been there in 3.5 years, needless to say.
