Celebrating Santa Fe

Joan Eidman loves Santa Fe.  She just designed a simple ornament to celebrate her love of the place and to memorialize the many happy hours she has spent there. (Did you know Joan was a professional harpist? I didn't!)

Joan's work is distributed by Dream House Ventures under the name Fiori.  You can see the Santa Fe designs she mentioned in the article on the Dream House Ventures web page for Fiori.

The saints she is writing stitch guides for are her large Saint Nicholas series.  You can see them here.  Magnificent!

Anyone taking her up on the offer of a free Santa Fe ornament?

Are You Going to Santa Fe?

The Embroider's Guide of America has their annual Seminar in late October-early November this fall in Santa Fe. If you have a little time to browse the class photos, you are going to be astounded at the technical skill of those teaching classes there.

Pull up a chair, get your favorite beverage, and then click on Class Photos.
