Needlepoint Earrings

William just posted a photo of the needlepoint earrings he made for friends.  Very clever!

For those without Facebook accounts, he stitched squares saying "Roll Tide" with rounded corners using 18 count and what appear to be S shaped jewelry findings for those with pierced ears.

But the best idea of all comes from Nashville Needleworks' blog--soak your stretcher bars in water overnight and the tiny holes will close up nearly completely, making them nearly new again.  WARNING: Evertites can't be refreshed this way as the metal components will rust.
