NJNA Has News

The New Jersey Needle Artists Chapter of ANG (NJNA) has published their monthly newsletter.  As usual, it's full of news of clubs, new designs, sales, tips on using the Boo Boo Brush, and --most importantly-- news that Rainbow Gallery is discontinuing three threads: Treasure Braid 8 and 12 strand, Nordic Gold and Fyre Werks Hologram. KC Needlepoint Explains Metallic Threads

I just stumbled across this article on KC Needlepoint's website that talks about the various metallic threads available today.  The shop talks about eight different brands of metallic and semi-metallic threads (i.e., threads that have a base thread mixed with a synthetic metallic) with stitched examples so you can get an idea of what they look like.
