Two Striped Cats (Patt and Lee)

Jan at StitchLady is stitching one of the iconic Patt and Lee pieces, the double striped cats.  Jan stitched this originally in the colors it was painted and had so much fun, she decided to stitch it again, this time in cat fur colors.  The first step is doing the black outlines of the two cats.

Jennifer Riefenberg's "Heron"

Jan of the Stitch Lady blog has just taken a pilot class from Jennifer Riefenberg.  This class will be offered at ANG's 2026 Seminar and the designer wanted a group of people to test drive the instructions.  Jan volunteered to work "Heron."  She's right--it is beautiful!

Electric City by SharonG

Jan of the StitchLady blog is tackling SharonG's "Electric City."  SharonG did several lovely abstracts during this period but Highlights (which had just come out) is difficult to use.  I think today we'd use Silk Lame Braid.

Holiday Delights: Birthday

Jan's got a new family member, so naturally she's stitching something for him.  Her project is one of Kathy Rees' "Holiday Delights" charts.  Jan modified it somewhat to suit her.  It's really cute, just like its new owner.
