Pat and Leigh Do Christmas

Pat at the Needleart Nut blog stitched two Christmas rounds recently, one a pair of Rebecca Wood snowmen and one a Melissa Shirley portrait of Santa. She sent them off to Leigh Schafer for finishing and just got them back. They are darling!

Judith's Corkscrew Beard

Judith has been working on a Santa canvas with an interesting beard done with a corkscrew technique. Once she figured it out, she posted a video of the technique on Facebook's Needlepoint group. Here's the link to the information plus a photo of how her Santa looks.

Is Your Finishing Missing? UPDATED

Are you a former customer of the now closed Art of Needlepoint? I've heard that West Coast Finishing and TJ Designs Needlepoint Finishing both have finishing sent to them by the shop, so if you are looking for your finishing, please contact them to see if they have your stitching.  Here is West Coast Finishing's website.

Canvas with Martini Glasses Ready

Surprise!

Enjoy this cutie and the fun way it is made up.    I think it's time to open that bottle of champagne I've had put away for a while and christen those martini glasses.

Here's to stitchers and designers everywhere!  If you are a shop owner going to Destination Dallas, visit the Point of It All Designs suite to see this in person.  I expect plenty of toasts to fun to be made in Dallas, people.
