Merry Christmas to All

Boots Bailey's The Stork and The Baby

I hope everyone is enjoying their Christmas holiday, whether you are Christian and observe Christ's birth or not. If you are lucky, maybe you can do a little stitching today. If you are very lucky you are celebrating with family and friends; if you aren't, you are having a quiet holiday by yourself. Either way, my best wishes for a terrific and healthy 2015 are going out to you, along with this image of the late Boots Bailey's The Stork and The Baby.

Don't forget that those we have lost are always accessible to us again in our memories.  I hope you have the best memories of Christmases past to enjoy on this Holy Day.

If not, here's to a Happy 2015 in which to make good memories.

'Twas the Night Before Christmas at The Enriched Stitch

Linda took a class from Mary Susan at Enriched Stitch in Connecticut.   Lucky us--she reported back on all the fun ideas!

The canvas is Rebecca Wood's "'Twas the Night Before Christmas."  I suspect if you call the shop and ask nicely they will kit this up for you.

Christmas Has Arrived Early This Year (Tony Minieri Stitch Guides)

Yes, Christmas has arrived two days early here in Chilly Hollow--Tony Minieri's website finally has some of his stitch guides available! These are electronic guides (unless you live in countries where Tony has to collect VAT) available instantly after payment. All the details are here.
http://www.tonyminieri.com/kazoos-store/

I expect more guides will be added as Tony has time to make them available. No, I haven't bought any yet. I'm still trying to decide....

If you have and you want to let the rest of us know what the guides are like (some of them are likely quite old), please comment below or email me at chillyhollow at hotmail dot com. Thanks and Merry Christmas!
